Wonderful Gabriela the cashier was most helpful and friendly. VERY nice young lady very professional!nRalph the Manager is Awesome he walksnthe extra mile TO GIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER service. Had the worst experience at JCPenney Stonecrest today! Had to return an item and waited in line for over 30 minutes while the customer service lady was helping one customer for over 30 minutes by herself! The customer service lady finally called for help after another customer ask her to. The helper came about 10 minutes later and then ask anyone in line picking up an order to come up to the front and helped two customers when the call on the radio called for someone to do a curbside pickup. She then told the customer service lady who was still helping this same customer that she would be right back she was going to help the curbside customer! I couldn’t help myself and asked if someone else could help us customers that were returning items ( by this line the line was at least 10 people long) she replied by saying she would help us??? so I asked her if that was going to be before she went to help the curbside customer because I had been waiting for over 30 minutes to make a return!! She then replied rudely that I could go to another register to return my item. Very rude and very unprofessional JCPenney! Some of these register personnel that work at this location need to be retrained!! Very disappointing this store has really gone downhill:(!!!!!

I really like JCPenney. I purchased a pair of jeans. My cousin bought baby clothes, a great sale on the items we purchased. I normally just buy household items at JCPenney, but, didn't need any this visit.

Awesome customer service. Left mask ud83dude37 in car. The nice lady with the glasses on duty at 1pm at the customer service desk had one available for me. Returned items without a hitch

This review is only about the curbside. IT IS TRASH. First, they have the store locked down for no reason. Secondly, they don't honor online coupons at the store. Lastly, why offer a service you cannot accommodate. Don't give me the option of curbside if you cannot do it. Waiting this amount of time is just annoying. I decided to cancel my order and move on with my life but yall really need to have a team meeting about the curbside.
