Fix your speaker please please please... we can't hear anything you say and you obviously can't either because my order ends up missing simple things like how many orders of something or giving me bacon instead of turkey sausage..... and please repeat orders back to help ensure you can understand what is actually ordered instead of guessing. I come here 3 or more times a week..... this isn't a one time thing is every time.
Clean, great customer service
They seem nice and the coffee was good, but the lady taking our order was moving very quickly, and with a small language barrier we wound up having to repeat our order about 8 times- and it still wound up wrong.nTheir speaker was really hard to hear, so I blame that. But there are opportunities for them to improve their customer service
Good donuts and coffee
Rude employees. I order the same very specific drink no matter the location. No other location ever adds whipped cream, or asks if I want whipped cream. This location added it, then argued with me about my order. I’m allergic to milk. Instead of apologizing, I was met with hostility and instructions about how to order a drink better but I didn’t order a drink with whipped cream! I was told that the employees hear gingerbread and automatically think about the signature latte. I’m sorry, but if that’s not what I ordered, how is that my fault?
