Always an issue with my order, never fails!! I say ice coffee ...they give me a hot coffee I said hot coffee they give you like warm... need new owners and management
Poor customer service & the employees don't have proper knowledge of how to prepare the menu items correctly
Quick in and out.. customer service was good. Snacking bacon a little soft and undercooked
Lived in this area for over 5 years and this use to be one of my favorite morning coffee spots! (Located in front of LA Fitness). However, over the past few months, the customer service has went down tremendously! 3 strikes of rudeness and I’m out. I go to another location now.
Though I love Dunkin’ this Covington hwy location is not what it use to be the staff is so unprofessional and not friendly at all and they don’t pay attention to your order slip so expect something to be missing from your cupud83dude22
