I love Auntie Anne’s as well as my kids.. I grew up eating as well as my kids but this location is the worst!!! Service is horrible and pretzels are dry old & not anything that is standard to sell. The young kids working there have no clue on service and how to produce good pretzels. Worst experiences ever!!!!!!!! It’s the only close location we have instead of driving to the city but this needs to be addressed it’s horrible!! And worst kids working there!!!! Nasty pretzels served and very upset waste of my money!!! Couldn’t even get a refund!!!!

The service is quick and the food is good. They now serve chicken bacon ranch sandwich on a pretzel bun. They also sell the usual flavored and original pretzel along with lemonade or sweet tea. There is also a holiday drink called the hot chocolate frost which is pretty good, it taste like chocolate milk on ice. Overall it's a good little shop for a quick snack.

I haven’t ate at this establishment is years. I decided to stop by on my way out & proceeded to get my food & go. Not even 2 minutes into my commute home, I’m eating 5 salty pretzel nuggets & I find strands of hair in my food........

The customer service is HORRIBLE. The cashier, receipt says her name is Felicia G, was unwelcoming, as if to be bothered by our presence; she didn’t provide any clarity when asking about the drinks advertised, which in turn aided me in getting the WRONG drink, based on HER description... I had to ask the employee, who literally made it, for a different drink/understanding. Felicia, then, with much irritation, called another employee over to process my refund for the first drink. The pretzels were yummy though!
