This company needs to clean house from top to bottom. I turned in my resignation today trying to do the right thing. And they let me go due to my former manager being verbally abusive. I spoke up with a complaint and was told by the HR manager that I had complaints against me. This was never brought up until I had my complaint. To Alicia, Steve, and Dean you can't treat people like trash and expect them to respect you. If I a white woman my complaint would've been heard. But since I'm black I can be treated any type of way with no consequences. I'm going to let everyone know what you did so they can be aware of what First Fleet Inc stands for! If you are a person of color this is not the company for you. You will get discriminated against!
I worked for them for 2 years faithfully busting my ass for them and I had a slip and fall off one of the trailers and they went all the way back to my application and said that I wasnt truthful on my app 2 years ago... wouldn't tell me what it was but just terminated me because they didnt want to accept liability all while drug testing me damn near every other month since I started with the company. This company will surely find a way to throw you under the bus if you get hurt or injured so dont bust your ass for these people because they wont have your back. Atleast that's my experience anyway and many others that I've talked to.
