Quick,calm,understandable, all about the customer the clerk did very well on explaining all of the plans and deals to me and it was just all around good experience

I had a dinosaur LG and finally upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S6 lol! The manager Paris and representative Shenur were extremely friendly and patient showing me how to use a lot of the features! They answered all of my questions and did not make me feel silly at all. Ask for Paris and Shenur at Southlake Mall and you are guaranteed to have an OUTSTANDING purchasing experience!
Great customer service very nice & helpful
Don't buy a phone there the customer service really horrible and they didn't put insurance on my phone like I asked so I'm SOL. Don't buy the case from metro it doesn't protect your phone.
