I needed three simple banana splits and they had none of the icecream i was requesting...not only that they type of music being played wasn't in good taste for the public. The R and B was ok but the vulgar rap was not. I guess the shift manager wasn't on duty to let things like this slip. Also another employee had to point out to the cashier she wasn't making the banana splits correctly. I truly hope my next visit is a better experience.
First off I came in and wasn't said anything to for a min, then one of the managers was told to get her own ice cream and walked back and got ice without gloves or a mask....then I had my mind set on a banana split and was rudely told they don't have bananas for a banana split & the manager chimed in stating she wasn't going to get none either. As I was walking out they were discussing me....nope won't come back ever....my money can be spent right across the street at Kroger and make my own banana split....
Worst customer service. Placed an order online for pickup at designated time. Upon arriving no one in the store knew what my order was or how to make it. No one had on uniforms just masks. Unprofessional! CSR who helped me had a disgusting attitude. Will NOT be returning!!!
Horrible customer service. They dont want to do their job at all.
They close their store early. The sign clearly says 10 and they closed at 9:40 or earlier. Very disappointing, and losing money for your store.
