I call this gentleman and make an appointment,nhe never show up at his place, I was told to leave the seat, five calls and four days later finally I get a call back just to be told the material had to be order. Four more days later and after several attempts to contact this gentleman finally I’m told that he can’t do it , never answer his phone not professional or respectful, I was very disappointed at this place maybe once before this place was good but not now, seem that customer care is not a priority at this place.nNot happy never taking any more business to this place .
The man knows his stuff, if it can be upholstered, he can do it. Period.
Pricy sometimes but it's worth it
In Stitches did a fantastic job repairing a single couch cushion that had coil springs trying to pop out. This was four months ago and the repair has been perfect. They were great to work with and took the time to explain what happen, and gave me several repair options to make an educated decision on the best course of action to meet my needs. He even took the time to text me photos of the progress! Repair was made in a timely fashion at a reasonable rate. I will definitely be a repeat customer next time I need upholstery work. Thanks so much!
Do NOT use them!!! I had a headliner and sun visors done ...very disappointed looked worse than before.nStitching is deplorable!!! Worst experience I have ever had.nJob looked awful.!!!! Left job incomplete. NOT A PROFESSIONAL!!!nGonna have to have entire job redone by someone else.nReason for not returning was the quality of the job and the headliner had unglued areas and bumps and dents where the foams was not cleaned off properly. Just very disappointed in final results. You know it wasn't a quality job.nPhotos upon request
