Vance (Queensgate Mattress Firm) was wonderful to work with and made our mattress buying experience very enjoyable. We were dreading the process because we had a terrible experience at a different mattress store about 8 years ago. He’s very knowledgeable about each mattress and knew just how to narrow down which would be the best fit for us. He was patient as we tried each type of mattress in an effort to find one that helps relieve our aches and pains and caters to both a side sleeper and a stomach sleeper. Highly recommend this store and Vance.

After experiencing a terrible nights sleep for over a month on a horrible mattress from Amazon, we decided to go to Mattress Firm to talk to the professionals about what would work best for us. Chris was extremely helpful in taking us through a simple process to finally find the bed for us. Along the way he shared great tips for achieving a great nights sleep. We are excited to sleep in our new Sealy Hybrid Premium Silver Chill mattress with a base that has all the bells and whistles. If you are nervous about the bed buying process, Chris will make it a warm and inviting experience.

Sorry that I can not leave a 0 stars review. To the point you are a mattress dealer. Also bed frames. That is all that you really sell. But you do not even carry feet or rollers for the 3 metal frames you carry. I understand that you can not have a warehouse full of feet or strollers, but to not carry 1 set for the three you do carry is absurd.
