Customer service was really great! Answered questions we didn’t know we had. Helped us choose a great mattress! Definitely recommend this store!!
We went to the Richland store and the service was amazing. The store Manager Vance was very knowledgeable about the products and after completing a brief questionnaire, he was able to point us to a mattress. He narrowed it down to 2 mattresses and both were very comfortable. After we made our selection, he told us of a special on the bases that were adjustable that were being offered for free. So we got an adjustable bed and two free pillows. Price was great and customer service was excellent! Would highly recommend this retailer.

As a young family of two little kids we don’t have a lot of time to spare. Craig from mattress firm was amazing. He was not pushy and super down to earth. He asked questions to help us find a mattress both in our budget and that fit our needs. It was a breath of fresh air. A truly no hassle experience. We were in and out, even with all the Covid-19 restrictions they did a great job! I will recommend them to all my family and friends! Thanks again Mattress Firm and Craig!
Sales person was polite and helpful. The price was fair. Explained every thing before I left. Found what I was looking for. Happy to get my bed the next day and it is what I wanted.
