Great customer experience. Shelves are a little tight but lots of bargains can be found. Great Christmas decor up and ready to be bought before Halloween.

The Kennewick location has really gone down hill lately. I drive to Richland instead. I used to buy about 90% of my sundries from Big lots, but they only have a few things that I need now. So sad they have changed so much.

It was good, however their shelves were the barest I've ever seen. Kinda disappointing! All the employees were super friendly and efficient!
