We used Hippo for our move last week. We knew they were top notch because we have a storage unit with them. We have moved more than 5 times and Hippo is the best company we have worked with. The owner came out to give me a quote and came a couple of times during the move to make sure everything was going as planned. The movers were wonderful and even made friends with my difficult dog. I recommend Hippo highly for storage and moving services with no reservation!
I was active duty Navy when I used Hippo Storage to store my trailer. I searched for days to find a storage facility that offered a good price and easy access facilities. When I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. They understood that I would be underway for months at a time and assured me that, god forbid there was an issue with my automatic payments, I wouldn't come back to an impounded trailer. They are clean, secure, conveniently placed, and more than willing to assist with whatever they can. I'm almost sad that I'm moving out. Highly recommended!

Customer service is excellent! Management was very accommodating and helped me get a unit quickly.
The attendant and staff are very caring and friendly. I enjoyed meeting them when the office is open. Also, they are conscientious about solving any problematic issues I ever have. Awesome staff and immaculate facilities!
