The At t store on queensgate is the best I went several times to the store at Columbia Center because its closer to my house and let me tell you the service there is trash. I always go to the Queensgate one they are great over there.
Our transfer was kind of complicated, but the consultant helping us, Dafne, was great! She was patient, answered all of our questions, and showed great perseverance in getting our problem solved!
Ridiculous in-store wait times. You need more than one employee staffing the store.
Michael was really helpful and had great customer service. No contract is a really good monthly rate here especially if you do auto payment. Isaiah also helped me out a different time and has outstanding customer service best I've honestly seen and got me a great phone!
We went to get new phones and Isaiah helped us out so much! Never have we had such a great service when it came to phones. Isaiah was able to walk us through the process, save us more than we thought, and gave us great deals! We will definitely be doing all of our business when it comes to our cell phone service at this AT&T.
