Went in to have a screen saver put on my Verizon phone. The representative said he could but wouldn't guarantee he could do it right. Then when he saw that my new Screensaver was not glass he really showed no confidence that he could do it. I walked out of there with bubbles all over my screen and he saying if I would buy a glass one he could definitely put it on. Ha! That ain't gonna happen, I'll take it to another Verizon dealer.
The people in this store are always enthusiastic when helping customers. I’ve been in this store several times for different reasons. Today Alex took the time to put my screen protector on. He was friendly, amazing, and you could tell he enjoyed making his customers happy. He made my day, and I will definitely be back. This is the BEST Verizon store in Tri-Cities!
We got a total of 3 new phones and switched our service over to Verizon... Austin provided excellent customer service and made sure everything transferred and was working great before we left. He was friendly and very knowledgeable... definitely happy we went here!
Just left verizon, the employee attempting to provide service was rude and abrasive. Very disappointed. Just lost out on a sale.
