I have been coming to this location for awhile and each time it is great. The service is top notch the employees are knowledgeable and ready to help. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get T-Mobile.

The manager was very friendly and offered me an amazing promotion that T-Mobile had going on. I will continue coming back to this location. She made me feel like family.
Everyone was wearing a mask and provided hand sanitizer such a quick and easy experience. I love the Richland location. The staff was very nice and were able to assist me in a timely manner. I recommend checking them out for all your T-Mobile needs!
T Mobile's safety statement says all staff and customers must wear a mask covering mouth and nose however a staff member at this location repeatedly did not cover her nose. She was also quite rude and lied to us about an important step in the process of changing to T Mobile. The rest of the staff was compliant and nice but seemed inexperienced. I will be doing my business at a different location.
