My husband and I have been searching for a mattress for 7 hours today! We went to 6 different stores, well the last store we went to was ArnoldZzz St. Marys and they went above and beyond to find us what we liked!! They moved beds for us, because the bed we wanted to try was on their truck. They offered to move that bed to the base we liked, so that we could try it on there, they were so kind, and we are so happy we went there! We will definitely be back! Thank you all for your hard work and your amazing customer service!

This is the kind of customer service we all dream about. Remember when business actually went the extra mile to help out it's customers when ever possible? Remember when your parents and grandparents when tell you stories of the local business that cared about it's community and customers. Well the Arnolds have brought that customer service back and have found a customer for life. I was in need of a mattress and was in a difficult position because family was coming. The Arnold went out of their way to not only help me find the right mattress but they brought it to me the same day. I was very pleased and impressed that they went out of their way to help me out. There prices are lower than the chain stores and their customer service cannot be beat. Thank you again Arnolds for helping us out.

We were promised certain furniture from 9 months ago...we r still waiting..no responses after leaving messages countless times....credits were to be issued....never happened....tv was to be delivered...never happened....furniture was delivered unassembled in boxes and the delivery crew created a mess in our new home with screws and hardware all over our new wooden floors....told chair legs were missing and needed to be reordered...meanwhile , the legs were on the window sill.....I find that these people are amateurs and very dishonest and would never deal with them ever again

My experience at Arnoldzzz was absolutely thenbest! Mrs Missy took her time looking for the right furniture that I needed And at the right price and I mean the furniture came within a week and they came out delivered my bedroom set. Missy and husband personally came to my house and put my bed together that is what I call awesome Service Let’s just say Overall the experience at the store was great they make you feel like you known them for years and it’s such a family Atmosphere!!I will be a returning customer ud83dude0aud83dude18
