We had the BEST experience with Garrett at TCC (Authorizes Verizon Retailer). He was so patient, thorough and made sure everything was complete and accurate. He even stuck with me through 2 days of 2-3 calls trying to work through issues with AT&T. What could’ve been a nightmare was just a huge waiting game instead. Thank you Garrett for your willingness to stand with us to get things straightened out. You truly were amazing!!! They are lucky to have you as an employee!!! Verizon has been very supportive through this transition as well. We are grateful!!!
Ryan was great! He had our new phones waiting when we arrived and got them set up quickly.
