I recently had a blowout on 75 and needed a tow. Even though I have roadside assistance that would have covered the tow I chose to pay out of pocket because I've used Matthew Smith Towing in the past and have always had a good experience with them. And this time was no different. Cian arrived quickly and was super nice and well mannered. Thanks again!
Excellent service at a reasonable price - I had already waited an hour and a half for another towing company, so I gave these guys a call. Within 15 minutes, a polite and friendly driver pulled up and quickly loaded up my truck. Going forward, Matthew Smith Towing will always be my first call.
One of your trucks nearly ran us off the road twice on 75 north of the red mtn road exit at 3:30 pm on Friday, 11/8. He was veering back and forth across the dividing lines so obviously distracted by something. Hope your liability insurance is up to date
True Southern Hospitality. I just picked up my new dog from the shelter and the car broke down After 2 hours of waiting for #AAA to arrange a tow home and calling 4 other tow companies the 911 operator gave me. I ended up calling Matthew Smith Trucking Enterprises for help. I was greeted by Zach. Zach was so courteous and caring seeing what situation we were in and quickly loaded us up and got me and the doggy home safely.Truly a great experience. Thank you for showing this Californian true southern hospitality.
