Purchased a Reclining Glider Loveseat with a center console late 2019. I payed extra for the 3 year protection plan/warranty. The Purchase and delivery process was friendly and fast, but I had an issue with the delivery. The same day the couch was delivered I noticed one of the two seats was grinding when rocking back and forth. I informed the customer service rep at the store of this and they advised that they would have someone out in 2 weeks to take a look.nnTwo weeks went by and no one called or came by. I went back to the store and told them. They were apologetic and understanding and advised that the person who services their furniture was typically only in town once every 2 weeks, but they would make sure the next time they were available he would come by.nn2 more weeks passed and no one showed up. I went by a third time and spoke to a manager about my issues. By this point, the other half of the glider was also starting to show signs of issues (Grinding when trying to rock, and the reclining wasn't going smoothly.)nnOnce again they informed me that they would get the service man out to take a look. About a week later someone came by, looked at the couch for about 5 minutes, and then told my wife they would need to order a part and that it would take about 2 more weeks.nnThat was around December of last year. No one has been back, and I have given up on getting help. I looked at the gliding mechanism myself and from what I can see, there is no need for a part, it seems to mainly just need to be more thoroughly greased.
