Nick was very personable, kind, and has excellent customer service skills! Good listener regarding all my mattress health related specifications. Showed me the perfect mattress for me right out of the gate. And offered me a price match for other items that I had found online! He also found the perfect mattress for my older son and gave him a great discount since we were buying two. Will recommend to friends and family! It was the last place I ever thought I would ever by a mattress from, and the first place I will recommend from now on... What a refreshing experience at the Palm Coast Mattress Firm! I was shopping for 2 beds at the highest quality and for a certain price point. The salesmen were extremely knowledgeable and straightforward. I appreciated their efforts to make the sale and get the beds delivered at the right time. It was actually fun!
