We didn't make it past the Concierge. You're lucky to get even one star. Me & my family I guess weren't dressed the part. We were directed to another store. We actually had about $10k to spend in your store. Now we don't have to!

Stay away from the online store. Go to the brick and morter store instead and Ask for Will Simpson. Will gave me quick and awesome service. In less then 20 min he had my purchase wrapped up and a delivery date set up for 3 days not 2 months like the webstore quoted me also beat the price that I paid online. Go see Will he will take good care of you.
What a GREAT experience !! Jeff Grimm walked me through the entire process with no pressure , only answers to the 1,000 questions I had . Once I made my purchase my items were delivered , with great care , in 4 days . I ended up buying much more than I had planned as they have accents and each area is set up by a designer so it all fits right into place !! I highly recommend the personal service you receive here and after hitting furniture row Ashley had the best price but most importantly , the best quality and overall selection and experience . THIOS is where you want to start , as it will be where you find what you need easily .
