I went to American signature furniture to purchase a new sofa and love seat in Dec 2020. We had previously purchased furniture from them in the past so we knew they had good reasonably priced stuff. The sales person we had was very courteous knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick out the right set. The loveseat was delivered in a few days after purchase. The sofa was scheduled for middle of Feb. It ended up being delayed until first week in March which I wasn't terribly upset over given the current situation we are living right now. We got the sofa today and I am very happy to finally have both pieces. Overall I am very happy with America signature everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional and the delivery team was as well and mindful of my things. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for well built reasonably priced furniture. ud83dude0a

I purchased power recliner and two matching chairs. They told me I would have the recliner in two weeks but the chairs wouldn't be delivered until April. When they changed the date of the recliner I decided to choose a different one that I could get immediately. The one I chose was more expensive so my salesman chose to split the difference with me. My chairs arrived today i love them. The delivery people were exceptional. Highly recommend.

My experience at the store was FANTASTIC! Madelyn and Gina were the best. Both went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. My delivery gentlemen introduced them selves. We’re very efficient fast and courteous. Overall a wonderful experience from start to delivery

Had a great experience shopping here. They had lots of choices for every type of style you could want in your home. Everyone there was nice , I even changed my mind on the dining set I was getting and all I had to do was call up and cancel and give them the info on the new one I wanted instead and it was all simple and quick. The sofa I bought unfortunately will not be delivered for over a month but it’s not their fault it’s the factories and the pandemic, things are running slow. From the moment I entered their doors to when my furniture was delivered the overall experience was awesome.

Excellent people and a great salesperson in Kolleen and Taylor But most of all it was wonderful to have a manager (Stephanie). talk directly with you and take care of the problem and resolved it. I Will definitely recommend American Signature Furniture to anyone that ask about buying furniture. Thank You.
