We have just experienced a superior Treatment from Furniture Row. We had ordered a set and changed our mind and with no hesitation Josh canceled it without any problem at all. We kept half of the order and they accommodated everything we wanted. Josh was honest and we felt we had known him for a long time. No pressure at all. I would highly recommend dealing with Furniture Row in Daytona Beach. The construction of the furniture is the best and they stand behind their product! From the moment we opened the door we were treated with red carpet service all the way down to the delivery A+ We will definitely deal with them again and refer our friends and family.

I recently shopped at Oak Furniture and Sofa Mart and was very pleased and happy with the service and quality products they offer. I purchased a love seat and an office desk with hutch. Attractive vignettes & reasonable prices

I just purchased a home and was in the market for a sectional. I searched and searched and they were the only company that I could find that would fit my living room for the size I needed, as they customize your selection. I called and got a quote, which was a little high, and called back to ask about any sales, I was told “no” and I asked, Columbus Day is next week, and nothing? “NO! Is there anything else I can do for you?!” So like I said, they were the only place with the right sized sectional, so the following day I went down after work and Michael, the gentleman I have talked to previously wasn’t there and the gentleman Robert, from the phone was there, he saw my name, apologizing and a sale was all of a sudden there! What a coincidence! I purchased the sectional stating I needed it prior to thanksgiving as my family was coming over and was promised it would be there mid November, Two weeks prior, no sectional, I called every day and it was in Denver or Albany, ok, well I need it. It didn’t make it here for Thanksgiving, so they loaned me the half I was missing, hence one of the stars. They called late the day prior, saying it was going to be delivered the following day, and of course, had to miss work. One of the USB ports was not working so I called and asked about it and was promised a call back, a week went by and no call. Called again, and finally got it fixed finally when my portion was delivered December 16. Well, it wasn’t uniform with the other power switched so I asked for it to be changed, again another week went by and no call. Called again, and yet again, no return phone call. The repairmen are amazing, the sectional is really comfortable, but the company is completely ridiculous when it comes to their customers, one star for the sectional and one star for the repairmen, the company is preposterous, I won’t be back.

Great place to do business Josh and Joe went over and beyond they were great and we really appreciated it and we can't wait to get our new sofa. We would definitely recommend sofa Mart
