Einan's at Sunset

This is my second time in 2 years having to use their services! Everything was done quickly and professionally. A good experience considering the reasoning for it. They have reached out to me several times and got me set up with a chaplaincy group for grief. I feel as though a packet would be beneficial for the survivors trying to just survive through the tough times. Maybe to help with finding paperwork and legality parts of losing someone or a list of where to find what’s needed. It’s very lonely and confusing added with emotions. Mary was very kind to do the calls and set up for chaplaincy for me! I greatly appreciate her and Crystal P for taking such good care of me durning this painfully hard time.

Our 16 year old son lost his hard fought battle with mental illness and Bi-Polarism. The team at Einan's at Sunset created a camping theme of our son with an entire campsite including the fire pit inside their facility. They surprised us many times throughout this process with special ways of healing that we know Christian is still smiling. The team at Einan's has become part of our family. If you want to see healing just take a walk through their gardens, we enjoy this everyday. Thank you so much from the Robbins Family.

Really nice people and a nice experience in all; however; weeks before burial when we found out the person in our contract were leaving us, we went to get the copy of the contract and mentioned that the burial plans were wanting to be changed. Instead of telling us then that this needed changed then they didn't tell us anything. When the person in the contract passed this is when we found out that their last wishes could not be fulfilled we were devastated that someone could have told us if the contract was wanting to be changed that it needed to have been done before they passed.

I recently sent my mother here from Los Angeles to be buried next to her father and grandma. The staff was very welcoming and kind with greeting the family and giving us the best service ever. I truly appreciate them for that. I love the location and how they keep their garden well kept and organized.
