I started Fit and Trim back in September 2020. My goal initially was not weight loss but reduction of inflammation through the red light therapy. I am happy to say I lost 13lbs and several inches. My inflammation was substantially reduced around my knees, I had more energy and my general health could not be better. I start round 2 next week and can't wait. The staff there is excellent and always makes you feel welcomed from the moment you enter the room. I feel this is the best holistic approach for my health and wellness.
Amazing all-natural program and staff! I tried everything and nothing worked until I found Fit and Trim! I lost pure fat and 16 inches , I have my curves back!!! I highly recommend it... don’t wait, you’re worth it!!!
I have been going to Fit and Trim for four months. Since the start I have lost 21” total ( hips, abdomen, thighs, upper arms, etc) and 12 lbs including 5 lbs of fat. I am VERT PLEASED with the results.
Be careful before you pay $3,500 upfront!!!!! poor business etiquette.
