Awesome staff! Great delivery crew! Lisa who runs the office is efficient and organized.
Be warned and RUN!!! This is a moving company (not even a good one) NOT a white glove delivery service!!! We had issues with everything they touched; damage sin receiving (drove a forklift through a box, crushing the contents and delivered and assembled it anyway, blaming the store owner for the damage), lost furniture in their over-stuffed warehouse (still trying to locate a chair they signed for a month ago), responsiveness (NEVER answers the phone or returns phone calls), installation (assembled barstools in my driveway, now furniture is damaged and covered in filth). Check out what they did to my very expensive white leather barstool. Ruined!!!!!!!!!
I was very disappointed in my dealings with this company. From the front office not returning my calls, to their repeated losing of my correct phone number to the delivery people being unable to do anything other than carry in the headboard, Design Services does not measure up to its claims of excellence. In addition, they complained to my designer I wasn’t calling them back, implying I was avoiding paying them. (They were calling the wrong number.) And, they billed me more than I thought was fair. I won’t ever use them again.
Owner is a former national long distance mover. Knows how to pack and move!
