He's not staying in one lane and cutting other vehicles off. I'm pretty sure he just caused that accident at Howard Lane and IH 35 southbound. He's driving in the left lane which is a no 18 wheeler lane through Austin. He's exiting and re-entering IH 35, driving on the median and all kinds of crazy stuff. Large African American male with Mississippi license plates. At 8:35 this morning he was at the Parmer exit heading southbound. He's going to get somebody killed.
