I had such a nice experience with Michelle. She was able to answer every question I had. She taught me much more about the beds I was looking at. She has a wonderfully friendly, optimistic and confident way about her. I would pick her to be a friend!!! That’s how much I liked her!! This was one of the best purchasing experiences I’ve had in a long time!! Can’t wait to to get my new bed!!
We bought a king size sleepys medium-firm mattress in September 2020. It didn’t last long before one side looked like a crescent moon. We were approved in March 2021 for the warranty.nWe took the email in & our sales rep helped us find a new mattress/box spring & helped us get a great deal on that & a new twin size mattress for my 8 year old.nnWe’re very happy with our experience!n& now I know to stay away from certain brands of mattresses
It was a Sunday and I wanted to find twin box springs. There was a chat/text message option. Within in minutes I was talking to s sales Representative. The first price was too much for me. The representative searched and found a good option for me. So the purchase is made and will be delivered Tuesday. The experience was great and I didn’t have to go shopping around.
Fred was amazing! We helped us get the best deal we could get with a great mattress. He helped us stay within our budget and it was a great experience. Definitely recommend this place. And go see Fred!
We are very happy with happy with the service and kindness we received at the store. We were directed to just what we wanted. No overly pushy salesman! Got to say I was more then surprised!!! But then a good product sells itself!
