It should be noted that 3 of the 5 Star reviews on this page are from the new owners (The Broadfoots) and one of their employees. I have used the Upholstery Shoppe for over 20 years but since the original owner sold and it was purchased as an investment by Broadfoot, the operation is completely lacking in customer service, communication, and transparency of charges. They refused to give me copies of backup invoices from one of their suppliers when I felt I was being overcharged beyond fair market value. Their refusal to send me backup invoices makes me believe they are dishonest and price gouging. I'm done with the Upholstery Shoppe as I am sure equally they will not ever appreciate me ever as a long standing customer.
