We had the absolute pleasure to work with Eric for a little over two hours while shopping for two new Herman Miller office chairs. Eric was patient and knowledgeable even while we went back and forth about our decision. It's nice to know that great customer service still exists out there. I found Eric to be very pleasant to work with. He gave me a fair price on a Thayer Coggin sofa and the delivery men from the store were exceedingly attentive to details. I would highly recommend this store for contemporary furniture.
