The cake turned out Awesome! Our sons first birthday party was cancelled in March and we had already paid for the cake. They kept my order on file and let me fulfill our cake later for our sons 1.5 birthday party. Thank you! We’ll see you in 6 months!

Best Bakery in the Tri-cities. There's a reason it's been around for over 28 years.nNothing made here tastes less than 100% amazing. I will continue to go until I die or the doors close. If people seem put off by their customer service... Then I guess they don't want fantastic desserts that badly.nNothing can compare to their desserts, I've been going for over 20 years. Its a wonder I'm not 900 pounds and being rolled out the door with my latest dessert purchase.

Still !!! Rude customer service!!nBe patient especially when you bring little kids that can’t decide what to choose . Key ! Customer service! Not short and rude and impatient. It be nice to greet your customers instead of snapping at them. Rude Rude!

Our mother had to wait for hours to get this cake on the eve of my birthday after my spouse ordered it over a week in advance. Kelly's closes at 5 and isn't open on my birthday which is why we wanted it on the 21st early not the 21st at closing time.nIt's a beautiful cake and if you have time for them to have it ready whenever, like the day or two after your birthday they're the place for you. They wanted me to come back next day, day of birthday and day they are closed to get cake. My early placed order was treated like an after thought. Rude customer service. I will not be going back. There should be some benefit to placing an order early, but with this place, no. The dude on the phone said they make them the day of so they are fresh, well just how fresh do you need your cakes to be dude?? With early notice , 7 days before birthday , I should have been the first cake in the oven.instead I was forgotten about. Dude had a million excuses except a simple I'm sorry, we forgot.nIt's hard having a birthday December 22 and this cake inconvenienced us unnecessarily at a busy time which is why we ordered early. But to no avail.
