This store has recently become my regular. Sundaes are my favorite. Though prices are a bit high.

I went to the richland wa baskin robins today. I order 5 different items. Unfortunately in mine I ended up finding a rubber band inside the ice cream. Called to make a complaint and the teenage girl that answered was very rude. She said okay in a sarcastic way and than didnt say anything else so I said okay and than she asked in an annoyed and sarcastic way if I wanted them to do anything. I was shocked and said no but thank you anyways and hung up. This place will never get my business again.

Horrible experience! The ice cream cones were stale, when I tried to return it, the person in charge got very defensive! I asked instead for my money back. He charged me again! Instead of credit. I went back in, showed him the receipt and proof of my online banking that he has charged double, instead of giving me my money back. He got very upset. Even though I was proving to him his mistake, with receipts and online banking statement, he wouldn't admit it. He charged me a total of about $18.00 for one ice cream. After many attempts of making him see his mistake, I realized I was waisting my time. Not only that, but he was getting very aggressive! Trying to grab my phone off from my hand and getting super close to me when his face mask is almost falling off his face. I said I would just call the police. Me and my boyfriend began walking to our vehicle, and he was fallowing us saying a bunch of non sense. Kinda scary behavior. It's sad and upsetting, the cones are all stale, the scoops extremely small and not sure what is going on with staff.

Baskin Robins please update your hours and do so as well on the door. Says you close at 10pm and I tried going in at 9:35pm and the door was locked while you had an employee inside. When I tried calling to see what the actual hours are, I watched through the window and you employee looked at the phone and ignored me. Bad business... he could have inleast picked up the phone

Customer service was awesome, only one girl working but she killed it! Orian was really kind and sweet. There should been more than one person working because the line kinda builds up
