First time I went there. I ordered. The wrong price came up. I mentioned it, they fixed it quickly. Then my breakfast was taking a little long so they gave me a free donut and some tater tots I wasn't expecting which was very nice. I thanked them and would definitely go back. Everything was very delicious. They even have a healthy egg white sandwich I will try next. I'm not an ice cream person but it's also an ice cream parlor with many choices. Everyone had masks on which was great. Good experience plus a free coffee coupon was nice from the mail.

The employee working window today at 9:45AM deserves to be fired for being aggressive. She said have a good day and I was on my phone doing business stuff and didn’t respond so she slammed the window in my face and said or not. I will never be coming here again.

Yeah so I just went inside to order my 2 sandwiches and hash browns. I started noticing after standing there for 15 minutes that 4 customers that ordered after me had gotten their food and were on their way..... I finally said something and they forgot about my order. They made my sandwiches and when I got home the order was completely wrong and there were 3 hash browns in my bag.... unbelievable. Ruined my entire morning! I don’t recommend DD on Lockwood and university!

Not sure why, but the drive thru line was ridiculously long and the lobby was not open. Not sure why doors would be locked at 9:35. This location always has something going on.
