I took my 2 year old son here to get ice cream after his haircut and the person helping me did not even know how to make a kids cup of ice cream. The employee also referred to me as “boss lady”. Then they said they didn’t have a sundae even though it was on their menu and the employees didn’t know how to make one. We left to go somewhere else. I am not one to complain as I work in customer service myself but they have terrible service and employees.
Don’t go here if you want a cappuccino blast. Apparently only one employee can make them and they were gone.
Delicious triple-scoop chocolate nut sundae and a large strawberry milkshake with whipped cream. Who could ask for anything more??? YEAH BUDDY!
ordered a banana royale and a brownie sundae and i got vanilla ice cream and half a banana and an old hard cold brownie at the bottom of a scoop of vanilla ice cream. didnt bring anything it showed online or on the menu and looked nothing like the picture. they didnt even ask what kind of ice cream we wanted
Tried to order Baskin Robbins just now but the employee was sitting and talking on the phone so I couldn't place the order :(
