They close whenever they feel like it. I’ve gone 3 times in the last month and they’ve closed before 4pm. Even waited in line only to have them tell me they weren’t taking any more orders for that day with no explanation as to why they were closing. When I finally did make it a time they were open my coffee was 90% milk 10% coffee.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is too busy to have maintenance going on during the morning. I don’t have time to wait 20 minutes in their drive through. Maintenance should be done over night so business can run smoothly. Almost every time I go to walk inside they are closed. Coffee is always tasty tho.

Bad customer service and randomly closes its dining room.nThis location is the worst. I always have bad experiences here but it’s very close to my home which is why I continue to give them opportunities to redeem themselves... which they haven’t. It seems to be run by teenagers which, I have nothing against young people, but from my experience the customer service skills here are nonexistent and they are just unfriendly! Two out of the last three times I’ve been there the dining room is closed for no apparent reason, no sign or anything and online it says dine in open. When the dining room is open and I go to the counter I stand there for quite a few minutes before even being greeted hello. I’ve received friendliness from one employee, who was an older woman. (Older as in older than in her teens or 20s). Please teach customer service and let patrons know if/why the dining room is always closed.

Good donuts no Krispy cream though... they run out of a lot of there donuts by 11:00 am so get there early if your looking for certain donuts... coffee and croissant are amazing..

This place is terrible never on time the drinks are not tasting right and the donuts are burnt this place took ten minutes for ONE donut and gets me late because of the service the workers are not responsible at all if i could give this place 0 stars i would. we ordered iced coffees for us and they tasted like water with a little bit of coffee. my dad ordered a latte and it looks like and tasted like straight milk and our donuts were really hard and the guy just laughed when we told him when we were going to write a review.
