I had bad experience buying some cold cuts on 3/11/21 around 7pm.nThe lady was doing some cleaning at the back, with no gloves. When she saw me waiting, she pulled pair of gloves from the box, touching them on outside with her dirty from cleaning hands . Them she came to the counter, and put both hands on the counter, and asked me what I want.nThis Publix does not provide adequate training on how to properly wear and use gloves in deli department, which is especially critical in times on COVID.
The best fried chicken, drumsticks and thighsnin the Sarasota area Publix.nGet there around 11 am, just delicious.nThank you.
Ran in for the 20 pc chicken that was on sale. They had 3 left grabbed one box. Easy out. Friendly staff.

I love this store! It's not the location (but it's great) or what they stock (just about anything you want/need) but it's the staff that is so fabulous. I know it's Publix policy to be kind and helpful, however each and every associate at this store is personable, thoughtful and sincerely friendly. Good job!
