My favorite place to get ice cream at St Armands Circle. Always good service. A little pricey though (I would get kid scoops of ice cream). They are very covid and environment conscious which I appreciate.
Coustomer service is horribe I came in on March 28 2021. The young man working there was unprofessional and rude. When asked if he had a cirtain flavor he was rude and said no! And didnt give alternative options. Was so disrespectful in fact that I took my business elsewhere. The macaroon place just a few steps down not only has the best gelato and sweets it blows this sad Ben and Jerrys out of the water. Will no longer recomend or shop here ever again.
Young girl that took my order was a rude you know what. 2/12/21 about 6pm Plenty of other ice cream places to enjoy don't waste your time here!!!!
Love our day visit to Armand circle. This place is outstanding. I have not had ice cream for while. They are a great selection. It was perfect for a very hot day. They are doing social distancing and you must wear a mask.
I went with my family this evening and I got ice cream and while I was eating it on the side of the inside the cup a cockroach crawled out. I was so mortified. Please do not to here
