So this was terrifying. Half of the employees were wearing a mask the drive through attendant was not at all wearing one, not even on his chin. Proceeded to watch him put the sippy cup like lid on my cup with no gloves after touching the point of sale system and who knows what else. I simply don't want covid 19 so I just threw it away at work and then washed my hands of the situation. I went there as the food is better but ill stick to Starbucks.

The trailer park version of starbucks. The employees always seem clueless and unfortunately unprofessional. I live right here and just can’t give this place business anymore. Can’t believe the reviews and no one at corporate or the owners take action. Waste of money on such a nice new building.

Very nice, busy Dunkin. Professional and prompt. Go there for a yummy breakfast or treats and the best coffee ever.

Absolutely horrible!!! The service is very unorganized. We just called to complain about our order and all the lady had to say was she was working a few positions at once. The whole order was wrong, the coffee was supposed to be 3 cream 5 liquid sugars and it taste burnt with no sugar. The bagels were made improperly and the butter was not even spread thoroughly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE! Waste of time!

Not sure why this place is open. They can't even get a coffee order correct. I requested a light and sweet with milk. They repeated light and sweet with cream. I said milk. Not only did I not get my light and sweet, I got a regular coffee with no sugar. She then tried to pin the mistake on me. Im glad starbucks was across the street.
