I cannot wear a mask because medical reasons (asthma), never had a problem before today. I have never had a problem here before, inform your staff that for medical purposes some people cannot wear one. I enjoy the food here and have been coming here for a while, the lady who asked me to wear the mask, said I cannot place an order without a mask, I always wait outside after I place my order. She was not having, you guys definitely lost a customer.
No care from employees. They're too busy talking to each other instead of making sure orders are correct. Had to come back for a missing item. It was not busy in there, I was the only one .
With Sarasota no longer having a mask mandate it makes life a little easier for those of us with medical exemptions. I couldn’t believe that such a large company isn’t compassionate to all disabilities and refused to serve me without a mask. I didn’t want to stay inside I just wanted a sandwich. I could have ordered and waited outside. They could have even asked me to just call and order my sandwich from outside, instead I was rudely told to leave ☹ufe0f
The item I wanted was sold out 2 days in a row. I had to settle for substitute items. Also the vegetable soup was very watery. I am done eating at Panera Bread.
I prefer not to were a mask and have been yelled at by a employee. I have a regular coffee subscription and now have to ask for my cup that i pre-order it is never out. I do not have this problem in other panera locations
