I have been going there a few times a month, most of the time when I order a cold brew coffee I can distinctly taste that they've used regular iced coffee in my drink, and I always feel like they've overpumped the sweet and syrup into my drink.nnIn addition to that, my sandwich always has something wrong with it, and yes I know I've ordered it incorrectly one time, and had them remake it, but then came in the next day to have it ordered and even though I didn't even tell them to change the cheese they put cheddar cheese on it instead of American.
Customer service was amazing there was some extra coffees that were made they were more than happy to give them to me I gave them to the homeless down the street I like to help people if I can and the people in Sarasota seem to be the same way
Dunkin donuts are a dine a dozen.....However this one is a gem that stands out from the manager on down. They will do everything to accommodate a simple donut to 100 people getting coffe and donuts. If your in need of a large order make sure to go here..
This Dunkin is very consistent with their drinks, unlike some others that I have been to where I repeatedly had to go back in so that they could remake my drink.
Make sure you're not in a hurry.nThey took 30 minutes to get me a coffee and a sandwich. Not exaggerating. This was on 04/03/2021
