5 star for the enthusiastic young man behind the counter who skilfully prepared our order. 3 Star for the ice cream , it was wee bit too sweet and had a bit of an aftertaste. My review may be a bit biased for I am a Ghirardelli ice cream junkie. Having said that, I am Happy I got the scoop plus what’s not to love about strolling downtown on a beautiful evening , ice cream in hand and palm trees swaying in the background..
The guy who served us was really nice. He helped the customer before with her declined credit card. We got the lucky charms ice cream minus the whipped topping, my wife add cookie dough and I add twix. Really quick service for only one guy and really friend. Would visit this location again
If I could give it less then one star I would. The owner lets mix-ins rotate and stay out pass their due date and just tells his employees to change the date. The mix-in fruits always look strange. Barely pass inspections. Some workers never wear there uniform and even open toed shoes. There is ALWAYS something missing or not stocked. The ice cream melts quick and the place is always is a mess. Some workers even have friends that are loud in side BEHIND THE COUNTER in street clothes that aren't even hired. This isn't a place I would suggest you to go. Terrible management —being on Main Street you would expect a little more. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Literally went in there after a long time, hoping to get a good experience after all this pandemic going on. As we walk in there was NOBODY we waited for like 5 minutes NOTHING, I said HELLLOOOO pretty loud and NOTHING. After like 3 times me screaming hello a guy/kid came out named STEPHEN. First his mood in serving us was just total laziness, I asked for butter pecan shake and I asked for pecans seems like he was upset for making him turn around and scoop some pecans in the blender. After I asked for another shake but strawberry and asked for strawberries in, he looked into the container and said OH WE ARE ALL OUT. Shakes were good but I say customer service is really POOR, Stephen needs to get some rest or something so he has a better attitude serving people.
