Great experience! I was happy to find the exact mattress I was looking for and on sale half off. I’m glad that I went through the store directly instead of the website. Shout out to Chuck:-) He was very helpful and super nice. I’ll definitely go back this place for any more related purchases.
This is my third mattress purchased from Mattress Firm. The guys here are awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I would highly recommend them. No matter your budget, they always seem to be able to deliver when they say let's see what we have and what we can do. THANKS GUYS.
Chuck was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and was not pushy. I happened to find a lower price on line and Mattress Firm matched that price. No problem! Chuck was responsive and I would definitely recommend him for his knowledge and experience.
I was very pleased with the entire shopping experience. Our salesman, John, had a great presentation and provided useful information about mattresses as we viewed the many options. He wasn’t hard-sell and tried to find just the right mattress for us within the allocated budget. They even have a “Purple” mattress you can try and he can show you how they are made.
Got everything that I needed in just one trip. They’re delivering and setting up in a few days. Great customer service from Chuck White. He really helped me figure out what I wanted and made the process simple.
