Y'all are the most convenient store to my house, but there is no consistency at all with your drinks. I order the same thing every time, medium iced caramel latte with an extra shot of espresso. Sometimes it's so sweet it's hard to drink. Today it tastes like an ice coffee with nothing else in it so it's extremely bitter. Every now and then it's perfect. I'm seriously not one to complain, but when I'm busy and decide to treat myself to coffee at Dunkin instead of my house, it's really disappointing to not be able to drink it because it's not good.
I am a regular, but I almost put my fist through my dash board this morning when 5 cars in a row came to the mobile pick-up. I went from approximately waiting 10 min to 20 in 5 seconds. They need a better system. I will be limiting my visits only before 7 AM.
Usually pretty good but not today. Had to wait 15 minutes for my coffee. Not enough staff to keep up with orders. Friday is usually busier anyway, so they should plan on that.
Charity is awesome!!!
Clean and friendly. Just like you would expect from a dunkin' donut shop. They sometimes run afternoon specials between two and four.nTry the cold brew it's delicious.
