Had an appointment with a PA. I scheduled a surgery with the same PA. When I showed up for the surgery my PA was no where to be found. A different guy walks in. I was never given a reason why I got switched. The second PA didn’t have time to finish me up so in walks a third PA. Over two weeks go by, no results. I called and left a message with the gal who delivers results. No call back. I had to call again.

Gabby from DermaCare provided me with an outstanding sincere attitude during my visit. I went in to find face products and Gabby knew exactly what to recommend when I gave her my skin needs. The product is going great!, thanks Gabby!

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET LIP FILLER. They’re very unfriendly and they don’t know what they’re doing. They offer lip filler but not hyaluronidase which is the stuff that dissolves filler. Why wouldn’t they offer that? They go hand in hand especially if something goes wrong... My lips came out very bad and uneven. The nurse did not give me proper care instructions. They were nice enough to try to fix it at no cost, but it does not look good at all. Ended up paying extra elsewhere to get it dissolved since they don’t offer that here. Do your research with injectors like I should have done, this place... is not it.

Very friendly staff . Anytime i bring my daughters very quick and come out happy . Dr smith is awesome very knowledgable and always concerned on taking care even after the visit .

This facility is unethical, unprofessional, and has no customer service. I paid for three procedures at my consultation. I scheduled all the appointments that coorelated to each procedure at the same time. I made it clear I wanted to pay in full at that time. Come to find out, the PA and consultation lady didn't understand each other do the PA injected me with twice the amount she was supposed to at one appointment. This was admitted by the consultation lady on the phone after they tried to charge me additional money. When I went for the second appointment, without my consent or knowledge they injected me again and then said I owed them money because of their mistake. I said I disagreed. So they took the money I had in my account that was for a different procedure and used it to cover their mistake. Thus, out of paying for three procedures, I only got two. The doctor refused to speak with me, and the woman who debated me was not even present at my consultation or during the injections. And just an fyi...neither Kybella or vanquish work at all. I will never ever go to this place for anything again.
