Very bad and sad experiences. This place is only for money not for provide good service or care for people. Visited the open house event, it was not very busy, probably 4 people ahead; but staffs were very rush and rude not even an intro, except one girl who looked like on her break. All of the discount had to combine with buying cosmetic products with much higher price online. When calling for canceling my appointment, I was told the appointment deposit cannot be refunded; I have to use it for next visiting or buying products. T^T. Yes, products again. Everything has to combine with buying products. Not recommend at alll. I visited the other place in town, much better.

Same thing as a previous review if I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a money hoard they refuse to accommodate to their clients needs and act like they are almighty, they lost business today simply because they are not willing to work with me and my overworked schedule. They would rather collect fees for rescheduled appointments than have continued business. I hope the fancy new buildings they are in is worth having to overcharge people for 20 second appointments where they tell you to buy things from walmart waste of time money and energy to have to deal with such a wannabe dermatologists center. Hope this business get run into the ground I'll be hoping for it.

MaryLu Vait is super quick and professional. Rebecca Eng is very compassionate. I’ve been to them several times and always leave feeling good. Love them!

I was a new patient and I really enjoyed my visit. The staff were very nice, pleasant and thorough. I did not have a long wait time and Dr. Mesirow was very kind and also thorough and explained things well. I would definitely recommend this doctor and office! No complaints.
