Quickly gets you kid cut the way you want it

Proceed with caution.nnBeen looking for a place to get my 4 yr old son’s haircut after regular stylist moved. He does not like hairs falling in his face. 3 on top 2 on the side quick buzz cute. He doesn’t care for hairs in his face. I explained this upon arriving.nnThree swipes of the buzzer and stylist flicks hair on his face eliciting him to flinch. Stylist grabs his head to hold him still only making things worse. When i ask for a moment to try and calm him she abruptly walks away. We could hear her go upstairs and tell he boyfriend to deal with us.nnMy kid can’t be the only one that hates hair in his face. I get that makes a cute harder. But the reaction from the stylist of abruptly waking away and sending someone else out to tell me that they had another client so felt they didn’t have enough time was simply rude. If she felt short on time tell me.nnAnd the boyfriend was even weirder. Kept repeating “special needs” and tossing out labels, as if a flinch from a kid was a precursor to a fit on the floor.nnProceed with caution should you book an appointment. It now makes sense why everyone else was booked and this place was empty when we walked in and equally empty when we walked out.nnSettled the bill and glad to never return.

I know that I have read and heard a multitude of less than good things about people's unsatisfactory experiences, some could be considered quite horrible!!! But most of it deals with the party planning side of the business and not so much the children's hair cutting! My son loves getting his hair cut here! We heard such great things about Monkey Dooz so we tried it out and absolutely did NOT like what we experienced! So we returned to Kidz Biz! She is super great with our son and gives an awesome cut and this is and will continue to be our Go-to spot!!!
