The guy was absolutely horrible with customer service. I asked for gels he gave me acrylics and yelled at me when I tried to stop him. There are gaps between my nails and the acrylic. The acrylic arches up. He let the acrylic run over my nails. And he was yanking my arm to make sure I knew that he was upset at me. I tried to tell him what I wanted and he wouldn't listen. I ended up having to go to another place to have them fixed as best as they could.

Was my first time to Beauty Nails and I had a wonderful and an amazing time. I loved my time there. Thank You will be going back soon. ud83eudd70ud83dudc85ud83cudffc❤

My daughter got her nails done originally for $50 dollars at another place & they did a wonderful job. She decided to use her birthday money to get them filled as they had grown out a little bit in the past week so she went to beauty Nail & spa. She came home very upset because they charged her $43 dollars for a FILL when they were barley grown out after 1 week! They over charged her because she is a teenager & I wasn’t there. How are they going to charge $43 dollars on a FILL after one week when the whole set cost $50 bucks! This place is a rip off & also has the worst customer service ever. I called to ask them why it was so much for a simple 1 week full & was told “it’s my right to charge what I want” horrible horrible price gouging businessnnSTAY AWAY FROM HEREnSave your money

Bad customer service & worse acrylic set I’ve EVER gotten! I got multiple cuts from the person that was doing my nails, they were so rough the whole process like if she was in a hurry. Also called to see if I can get a refund & just taken off the very next morning & they told me no after I told them I was unhappy with my nails & they did not care to fix them at all. Will not be coming back.
