Went back this morning to have a pedicure fixed that I had after work last night... by no fault of my own and it's worse than it was before, the nailpolish is chunky and bumpy STILL and when I tried to explain this to the tech but he dismissed what I was saying as if I'm crazy and seeing things.. . I even suggested doing another color suggesting that perhaps the nail polish is old or has been thinned too many times but they do not listen or properly address customers very real concerns, very unprofessional in my opinion. It's too bad because this was so close to my home but I will travel for what could have easily been a better customer service experience.
