Excellent customer service and the beautiful floor says it all!! I couldn’t be any happier with the professional installation, courteous and prompt employees that Prima Tile & Carpet offers. My floor looks like marble, almost no grout lines... can’t say enough about the quality and experience. Highly recommended.
After installation of the vinyl floor, we noticed that they neglected to install quarter rounds in the laundry room and failed to seal an area where there is a gaping hole due to how the vinyl was cut. Promised numerous times to fix these problems, but a constant no-show with no phone calls to explain why they didn't show up as promised. Unreliable!
We are so very pleased with our vinyl planks flooring that was recently installed by the Prima Tile and Carpet installer. Lisa was so helpful and knowledgeable about our home, the products, and the installation process. The price was great and great customer service reminded us why we chose Prima for our flooring purchase. Lisa even visited our house during installation, which made a big impression on us.
