I really dislike and hate to write bad reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin’ was not the greatest one. I arrived to an extremely overcrowded store with social distancing almost completely nonexistent. There was an elderly lady yelling at an employee behind the counter and while doing so, she was refusing to wear a mask. Anyway, my sandwich was totally burned and hash browns completely over cooked. Probably one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Will not return.
The so-called manager named GiNateli refused to give my 94-year-old mother an extra cup to hold her coffee because the coffee cup was much too hot. I had left her in a running car and run in to get that and she told me it was $.50 and I didn’t bring my wallet and she refused to give me something and told me to hold the cup with paper napkins… Imagine holding a burning hot cup with loose paper napkins the likelihood of burning yourself! She absolutely refused - I pleaded with her
Dunkin is dunkin the country over. Really enjoyed the pumpkin muffin. Very moist and flavorful.
The products were very good and fresh. Service was a little off but in all fairness the girl was new.
This is a very busy Dunkin Donuts yet since it has opened post coronavirus that are only one or two tables in there everything is behind lucite and they're incredibly clean so there's a big turnover so nothing is stale. I feel craving your Duncan that's the one to go to
